HOW MANY SESSIONS IN THE CAPSULE WILL IT TAKE TO ACHIEVE SATISFACTORY RESULTS?

On average, a minimum of 10 sessions are needed to see effects, but in some cases they appear more quickly.

 


HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK SHOULD I TRAIN?

On average, to achieve satisfactory results, it is recommended to use the treadmill from 3 to 5 times a week.

 


WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

The best clothing is loose cotton trousers (with infrared, warmed-up muscles work more intensively – the thermo

effect), sports shoes and a T-shirt.

 


CAN I STILL USE THE V-LINE IF MY CONDITION MEANS I CAN’T USE VACUUM PRESSURE?

Of course. All of the components (treadmill, vacuum, vibration, infrared) can be used either in combination or

separately. This means that people with conditions that prevent them from using some of the components can 

still exercise successfully and effectively on the Vacu-Line.

 


HOW SHOULD I EXERCISE ON THE V-LINE?

programs to choose from, and it is also possible to regulate the power of individual components, depending on 

the program. A suitable program should be chosen to ensure effective training without placing excessive strain 

on the body.

  • multiple sclerosis

  • adrenal insufficiency
  • rheumatism
  • it raises the pain threshold
  • it helps lose weight and burn calories
  • it strengthens the body’s defences
